About David

David has a deliberative approach to disputes with a preparedness to act decisively as required in the manner of a strong advocate. He has acquired a reputation for promptness and thoroughness with client service as a high priority. David values early involvement in issues management to develop a strategic advantage. Client satisfaction and good rapport are guiding principles. He has diverse legal practice.

David hasn’t always been in the law. He has been CEO of a national sporting organisation (rowing) and a project manager for a Victorian Water Authority. He is also an ex-serviceman (RAAF) and is a Vietnam Veteran. David started his professional working life as an apprentice baker.

David believes his skill and experience are enhanced by practising in wide ranging areas of the law, encompassing everything except family and conveyancing law. David’s hourly rates are highly competitive and are significantly less than similar senior lawyers, owing to the fact that his premiere motivation is to provide service to the client.
